As we walk though life, what guides us? Why is it important to recognize the meaning we give to our lives, to better understand our needs and those of others?

I believe that we can look at situations with “new eyes” in order to let go of unhealthy stress and anxiety, leaving ample space for personal and professional fulfillment. Whatever your situation may be, I work with you in a safe, judgment-free setting to put a finger on certain pain points that lead to repetitive behaviors.

To get you to this point, I use both a coaching approach and practice Gestalt Therapy, which is the second most widely used form of therapy in the world. Gestalt focuses on the “here and now” of each situation and restores sensory and emotional connections, too often censored in our culture.  You increase your personal autonomy and creativity, all while engaging in authentic relationships with others.
